JGB Conference Update

At the UEA website, programme abstracts are now available for ‘From Shanghai to Shepperton: An International Conference on J.G. Ballard’, at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, United Kingdom, Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th May 2007.

I’ll be presenting a paper, and I see that past contributors to this site including Pippa Tandy, Umberto Rossi, Joanne Murray, Mike Bonsall, Rick Poynor and Mark Fisher will also be presenting, along with around 40 others.

I’m more than looking forward to meeting everyone for the first time…I’m excited!

But please be gentle with me, and don’t break my toys behind my back, OK?

  1. I am the macro-national butcher of Oakleigh! I will be lynched if I return to the Balkans.

Norwich can make dull , but yes Mill Park excitement and also Gare d’Austerlitz.

Milner his brain is pickled like a Shatner Egg and once inside you may find a free ticket to the MCG, bloody useless mate! Check my enormous Kobanya and my girlfriend for free.

  2. That’s the most excitement these comments boxes have seen for ages! Well done, sir.
